Blooming Services At Floral Kashmir, we are committed to providing exceptional service and top-quality plants. When you shop with us, you're investing in a piece of nature's beauty. Every plant is carefully selected and packaged with love, care, and eco-friendly materials to ensure it reaches you safely.

Handling & Dispatch Plants are living beings and may vary in size, shape, color, growth, or yield due to natural factors like climate, soil, and water. No two plants are identical. Orders are handled with utmost care before being dispatched from Floral Kashmir.

Shipping & Liability

• Domestic (India): Our liability ends at the FOB point (origin: Srinagar). Maximum compensation for transit damage/loss is ₹50 per order. Buyers are encouraged to insure shipments for full protection.

• International: Maximum compensation is ₹100 INR per order. Import duties, taxes, or destruction by foreign authorities are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds for delays or perishability issues post-dispatch.

Delivery & Claims Inspect plants within 1 hour of delivery and share timestamped uncut video for claims. Prepaid delivery is a promotional offer and not a guaranteed right. Courier delays are beyond our control. No claims shall be entertained if the parcel is torn or cut from any side or the uncut video is not provided.

Refund & Return Policy

• Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges once payment is confirmed. No chargebacks permitted for orders placed via website/WhatsApp/social media.

• Limited Compensation: Only applicable for transit damage (with timestamped Video proof): ₹50/order (India) or ₹100/order (International). No compensation for survival issues, growth mismatch, or promotional discrepancies.

Dispute Resolution All disputes shall be governed by Indian Penal Code (IPC) and will fall under the jurisdiction of Srinagar in Jammu & Kashmir.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation Orders may be rejected or canceled at our discretion due to stock unavailability or other operational reasons. Bulk/walk-in buyers are bound by the same terms.

User Conduct Misbehavior or abuse toward Floral Kashmir staff may lead to legal action. Unauthorized commercial use of the website (e.g., for reselling) is strictly prohibited.

Pricing & Errors We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors.

Severance Clause If any provision of these Terms is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. Submission of unauthorized or illegal content will result in account suspension and potential legal action. Users are responsible for all activity under their account and agree to indemnify Floral Kashmir against third-party claims.

Account & Registration Obligations Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Providing false or incomplete information may lead to account termination.

Privacy & Communication Personal details are handled as per our privacy policy and will be used solely for service updates and promotional communication unless required by law.

Website Usage Rules Users must not upload or share any harmful, illegal, obscene, offensive, or copyrighted content. Any form of spamming, hacking, unauthorized sales, or harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.

Special Notes for Buyers

• No refunds or chargebacks are permitted under any circumstances.

• Import regulations, permits, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We are not liable for shipment delays or perishability after FOB point.
